Items and Palladium will be transferred to you via in-game trade at Holborn Station in Normal Difficulty.

For instant delivery, please log into the game immediately after placing your order. We will attempt to make delivery as soon as possible by sending you a private message within the game. If we cannot reach you, we will send an email requesting that you come to our 24/7 Live Chat Support when you are available to receive delivery.

Note that each character may not hold more than the maximum 9,999,999 Palladium. If your order puts you over that limit, it will be necessary to transfer the remainder to a second character.

If you have not been contacted by us within 2 hours of the time you placed your order, please come to our 24/7 Live Chat Support and inquire about the delay. It may be the case that you mistyped your character name, ordered on the wrong realm, or your email provider has flagged our messages as junk.
