| 1. | How Long Will it Take to Receive my Items? |
| Lewt has staff delivering Hellgate: London Items and Palladium 24/7, 365 days a year! We pride ourselves on our ultra fast delivery times. Delivery time ranges anywhere from 5 minutes for smaller orders to an hour for large orders placed during our busiest times. Most orders will be delivered in under 30 minutes. If you have not been contacted by us within 2 hours of the time you placed your order, something may be wrong. First, check your bulk/junk mail folder to make sure our email isn't getting trashed. | 2. | How Will my Items be Delivered to me? |
| Lewt delivers all Hellgate: London items via in-game trade at the Holborn Station in Normal Difficulty. Once we are ready to deliver, we will attempt to contact you within the game by sending a private message. If you are expecting delivery, please stay on the character you specified during the order check out process. If you cannot be online immediately after you place your order, simply come to our 24/7 Live Chat Support when you are ready. | |
| 3. | You Don't Sell the Item I'm Looking for. Can I put in a Request? |
| Definitely! If you don't see the item you want, just ask. We have thousands of items in our inventory. Chances are we've got what you're looking for. | |
| 4. | Can I Buy Items on One Realm and Use Them on Another? |
| No. Items are not interchangeable between realms. A Hardcore character cannot use Softcore items and vice versa. Shulgoth Characters cannot use Sydonai items; Elite characters cannot use Normal items. A character may only use items that exist on the same realm as it does. While you're shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the appropriate realm. If you don't know which realm your character is on, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you figure it out. | |
| 5. | Why are Some Items so Expensive? |
| As is the case in most markets, supply and demand determine price. You may find items slightly cheaper at other, less reputable websites but in the end you get what you pay for. If you want the best service, fastest delivery and best selection, buy from Lewt. | |
| 6. | Do You Offer Bulk Discounts? |

| We get many requests from skilled item hunters and traders to work for us. Unfortunately, we can't hire everybody. At this time we are not hiring for any Hellgate: London positions. If you think you have an invaluable skill that we shouldn't be without, feel free to make your case.
